He finally shifted at the end of August 2020. , the bid for his property in Austin wasn’t made public, and they exchanged the keys for the mansion in an off-market deal. ADVERTISEMENT Article continues below this ad This property is located alongside Lake Austin, away from the city’s center, and isn’t noisy. It is 10,890 square feet in measurement and contains eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. On entering the property, there is a paved pathway that leads to the house entrance. The mansion also contains an enormous garden and a patio for the family to relax and enjoy peace and serenity. It also features two garages and a pool. Rogan has also built his new studio, which looks more impressive than the previous one in Los Angeles.

Joe Rogan on Why He Shifted

Joe Rogan has previously stated multiple times on his podcast that he wishes to move to Texas. Joe De Sena, who was a guest on JRE #1514, asked Rogan about his plans to move. Rogan stated that he was going to move to Texas soon. He also explained his reasoning behind it. ADVERTISEMENT Article continues below this ad Rogan said, “I just want to go somewhere in the center of the country, somewhere it’s easier to travel to both places, and somewhere we have a little bit more freedom.” He added, “Also, I think that where we live right here in Los Angeles is overcrowded, and I think most of the time that’s not a problem. But I think it’s exposing the fact that it’s a real issue when you look at the number of pieces… people that are catching covid because of this overpopulation issue.” Rogan also mentioned the traffic problem, homelessness, and economic despair as catalysts that caused him to move.
